My Galaxy Note

When i buyed the galaxy note it was the best cell phone in whole market....but with in months it came down....now it galaxy SIII....but then to love the 5inch screen and OS...it has been ugraded to ice-cream sandwich..
Its fast and smooth....
But one problem after upgrading.
Was can Tether wifi to pc or cell phone...
Plzzz samsung repair this problem...!!!
